Billionaire kidnapper demands N300m as damages from IGP. This is coming barely few hours after
the notorious kidnapper had filed a lawsuit challenging his continues detention by the Nigerian police force.
Ukridosblog, gathered that the dreaded kidnapper and a retired arm-robber, on his second lawsuit marked FHC/L/CS/1012/ 2017, is demanding for N300 million as damage fee for his continues detention without trial and being subjected to medial trials.
According to him, his continues detention since 10th of June without trials violets his human fundamental right of the 1999 constitution.
Evans further demanded the court to declare his parade before the media at the Lagos state police command in Ikeja on June 11th by the police, unconstitutional base on the fact that there was no order from the court to that effect.
The harden criminal is also appealing for an order of perpetual injunction, restraining the respondents from further arresting, detaining, harassing, investigating or inviting him in relation to the facts of his case.
