Lionel Messi was shocked when one of his international teammate revealed that his contribution to the team is not needed any more.
Lionel Messi’s teammate Mariano Andujar said that Leo should never play for Argentina again.
Lionel has been criticised by his home country for failing to perform well in the national team when ever they go for a competition.
The deadly striker who plays for FC Barcelona, missed the 2-0 defeat to Bolivia, which denied the Argentine side the hope of qualifying for the 2018 world cup in Russia.

Aside from that, Lionel Messi has been ban for 4 international matches after ranting at an official in their clash against Chile.
After all these, Mariano Andujar thinks the best step for Messi, is to tire from the international scene.
According to Andujar’s interview with Argentinean television programme Dos Contra Uno, he said:
“I honestly don’t think Leo should bother coming back, but he loves playing for the national team.
“But he shouldn’t bother. Why are you going to come back? So that they can boo you again? Why would you bother?
“Nobody appreciates him. Everybody says ‘why doesn’t he play for Argentina like he does for Barcelona,’ they accuse him of not bothering.
“He said he wasn’t going to play again and they started putting up banners on July 9 asking for him to come back; you don’t appreciate what you’ve got until it’s gone.”
Lionel Messi had earlier retired from playing for the Argentina’s national team after their lost at the final stage of Copa America last summer but because of the love for his country, Leo withdrew his decision this season.
