24-year-old Sudanese Model “Queen Of The Dark” Rejects $10,000 Offer To Bleach Her Skin. A young Sudanese female model “Queen of the dark” surprised her fans as she rejects $10,000 presented to her by an Uber driver to bleach her skin.
According to online reports, the 24-year-old lady initially made an headline back in March when she revealed that an Uber driver once offered her $10,000 to bleach her skin, adding that her complexion was something to be ashamed of.
In response to the offer, the young lady took to her Instagram to share this;
“Why on earth would I ever bleach this beautiful melanin God [blessed] me with.
“You won’t believe the kind of questions I get and the kind of looks I get for having this skin.”
“We’ve come a long way but we still have a long way to go. My hope is that this post can remind you everyday of why you should be proud of your melanin. Why you should be proud of your heritage regardless of how light or dark your skin is. Stop comparing your skin [to] anyone.
