26-Year-Old Imo State Poly Student Stole N19m Government Car To Impress Girlfriend. Ukridosblog, gathered that Umuagwo, Johnbosco Ashiegbu were arrested by the Operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad in Imo State, along with a 34-year-old member of his gang by the name, Chinonso Ewurum.

According to the PUNCH, the young mad stole two government cars- one of which was a Hilux van worth N19 Million of which he sold to one Nnamdi Ejinkeonye in Onitsha at the cost of N300,000 and second car was a Toyota Camry which he stole in a Housing Estate at Owerri, valued at N3. 9 Million but sold by same suspect at the cost of N350, 000.

In his response the allegation, Umuagwo, Johnbosco Ashiegbu, said that he took to robbery so to raise fun to sort some his results in school and remaining part of they money, he used it to take good care of his girlfriend.

According to the 26-year old man, he said;

“My desire to sort out my results in school led me into crime. After arranging my results in school, I used the remaining money to live a good life and to take care of my girlfriend.”

The young man further revealed he got just N30,000 from the sale of the Hilux owned by the government and went home with N285,000 from the sale of the Toyota Camry.
